We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team, specialising in the end-to-end delivery of exhibition stands and live events. The ideal candidate brings a proven background in a fast-paced manufacturing or design-led environment, managing complex projects from initial concept to on-site handover.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle for exhibition contracts. This includes setting timelines, managing budgets, and overseeing quality control for projects that may range from small retail rollouts up to large international builds.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations regarding production capacity, costs, timelines, and artwork requirements.
Internal Workflow Management: Work closely with the Managing Director and Production Manager to streamline the handover process, ensuring all job details are complete and accurate before production begins.
Production & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with design, studio, and production teams to translate concepts into buildable solutions and manage internal workflows efficiently. Tasks include confirming print specifications, managing asset logistics, coordinating installation and de-rig crews, and defining delivery/collection methods (e.g., handling client collection vs. specific delivery).
Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, manage costs (e.g., calculating fees for payment methods), and provide timely quotes to clients.

Required Skills and Experience
Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the exhibitions, live events, or design & build sectors. Experience in Exhibition Design, Exhibition Graphics, and Modular Exhibition Displays is highly desirable.
Technical & Production Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of print production workflows, technical drawing, and experience converting creative concepts into manufacturable designs. Ability to handle technical details such as bleed requirements and frame specifications.
Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage large teams or project work streams, demonstrating strong operational strategy and leadership capabilities.
Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, works well with cross-functional teams, possesses strong attention to detail, and excels in client-facing and negotiation scenarios.
